We’re excited to announce that Daniel O’Leary has joined Calmocean as Sales Manager for North America, strengthening our presence in one of our most strategically important markets.
Daniel brings over a decade of experience in offshore asset sales, lifecycle advisory, and investment management. He began his career in offshore brokerage with Clarksons and BRS Group, where he specialised in drilling rig sales, asset redeployment, and recycling projects across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Driven by a passion for innovation and transformation, Daniel later founded DOL Advisory and now co-manages Aran Ventures, a family office investing in early-stage technology companies shaping the future of industry.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from IFAM School in Paris and an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston, and is based in Buffalo, New York – positioning him close to key maritime, energy, and investment hubs across the continent.
With Daniel onboard, Calmocean is not only deepening its reach in the North American market, but also bringing in valuable expertise to support our mission: accelerating sustainable transitions in global offshore and maritime industries.
