New building
Calmocean assists maritime asset owners in securing, and new-building yards in performing, safe and environmentally friendly operations throughout the construction process. We assess new-building yards with focus on ESG and monitor the building process.
Repair & maintenance
In close cooperation with ship owners, Calmocean will assist in selecting the optimal yard for repair and maintenance and support owners’ on-site team on challenges connected with ESG during the repair process.
Recycling

IHM & Surveys
Calmocean provides IHM Part I services with ongoing maintenance, and supports recycling projects with IHM Part II and III documentation.

CONSULTANCY
Calmocean supports maritime organisations with specialised consultancy in recycling, ESG, and responsible asset management. We also assist recycling yards with development and compliance with international regulations.
UPCYCLING
By utilisation of our broad network and access to finance through forward-leaning investors and shipping funds, Calmocean will identify alternatives for ‘too-early-to-recycle’-vessels. With a circular economy approach, a number of vessels can be entirely or partly converted for a new life.
DECOMMISSIONING
At Calmocean, we provide specialised consultancy services for the decommissioning of fixed and floating offshore production units and offshore wind installations. Our team has substantial experience, having successfully followed the decommissioning process of 14 fixed assets and 6 floating platforms to date.
