Four stages, whatever the asset
Recycling, decommissioning, a new-building survey or an IHM: the sequence is the same, and each stage leaves you with a document you can put in front of a regulator or a board.

Assess
Yard audits, due diligence and hazardous-material surveys — we establish what is actually true before anyone signs anything.
- 02
Plan
Regulatory route, tender documents, contracts with pre-approved yards, and the schedule. The plan is written to be checked against later.
- 03
Supervise
Our own people on site for the duration, with ESG-focused daily and weekly reporting to you through Seamark™ — as it happens, not summarised at the end.
- 04
Report
A completion report and every filing the regulations require, in a form your auditors, financiers and stakeholders can use directly.
